"We had the pleasure of working with Nicole Gabriella from July 2021 to July 2022 to plan our wedding. Nicole was incredible through the entire process and helped bring together an amazing event. She completely exceeded our expectations at each step of the process.
We are currently based in Ohio but are from the Northeast and wanted to have a wedding back home. Nicole was able to successfully work with us remotely. Nicole diligently met with us, via Zoom or phone call, and was always available to answer a text from the many one-off questions. She was available to meet with vendors on our behalf and make time to meet us when we were in town.
We decided to have a split wedding, a ceremony at a vineyard/winery and a tented reception at a home. Nicole offered an impressive list of vendor options to meet both of those needs. She was able to provide suggestions of locations and vendors that she had a prior relationship with or do further research to find new options to meet our needs. She even was able take our abstract ideas and find something that we didn’t even think of. We had the most gorgeous sailcloth tent and bar carts that people could not stop raving about, thanks to Nicole.
Nicole was incredible the day of the wedding. She eliminated so much stress for us by putting out any and all fires that would take an ounce away from our day. We were able to enjoy the lead-up to the wedding and the evening without a worry. A full day ahead of the wedding, Nicole was on-site to ensure everything was in place. As a bride, to have her around those hours before put me at such ease. We were always on the same page.
At the ceremony, she never stopped moving and was always ahead of the action to make sure the next part of the event was ready. She was essentially in two places at once, working with two groups of people at the ceremony space and back at the house for the reception. Everything happened on time, without any inconvenience or delay to the event. At the reception, she worked through the night and made sure the wedding party and all the guests could completely enjoy themselves. Her day of coordination was so impressive.
Our wedding day was amazingly beautiful and special, and it was such a treat to work with a planner that became our friend throughout the process. We are forever grateful to Nicole and all the hard work she put into our special day."

"The best decision I made throughout my wedding planning was hiring Nicole. I had some complications and challenges with my wedding venue/venue coordinator and it was invaluable knowing I had Nicole to lean on to ensure everything went smoothly. Prior to the wedding, she checked in frequently to ensure milestones were being met and answered any questions I had about the process. We had a few long phone calls to ensure we covered every detail and I greatly appreciated having her expertise. On the day, she really was the glue that held everything together.
